The Customer Portal provides customers with the ability to support their Perceptive Software technology. The Customer Portal is a secure environment that requires customers to have a valid User Name* and Password to gain access. If you are a current customer of Perceptive Software and would like to request access to the Customer Portal, please contact us at to have your account created.

*Access to the Customer Portal is provided to Perceptive Software customers with a valid Software Maintenance & Support Agreement. To qualify for a valid Support User Name you must provide your full name and email address from your company domain (alias user names, personal email accounts are not allowed). Please contact Perceptive Software Global Support Services if you are unsure as to whether or not you meet the above requirements.
